     Banana Split Protein Shake

Ingredients
1/2 to 1 cup of water
1/4 cup of crushed pineapple
1/2 banana
1/2 cup greek plain yogurt
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 TBLS of Sugar Free Fat Free Chocolate Fudge Pudding Mix
1 Scoop of protein
5-9 ice cubes
 

Instructions
Put all ingredients in blender and pulse till ice cubes crushed and then blend till smooth. Ice and water depends on how thick you want it. Top with fat free whipped cream for a real Banana Split taste.
