Bake cake in 9 x 12 pan according to direction. COOL COMPLETELY. With the end of a wooden spoon poke holes in the cake. Pour the milk over it an det it soak 5 minutes. Pour ice cream topping over cake. Let soak for 5 mins. Ice cake with Cool Whip. (IF you wish you can put nuts or coconut on top of this) or crushed Heath Candy bars. STORE IN REFRIGERATOR and it is much better when throughly chilled. You can also use different flavors of cake and ice cream topping.
