     Cake Batter Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt or Cottage Cheese
1/8 tsp of almond flavoring
1 TBLS Sugar Free Fat Free vanilla pudding mix
1/2 to 1 cup water
5-6 ice cubes
1 scoop of protein
 

Instructions
Put all ingredients into blender. Pulse till ice is crushed up and then blend till smooth. Ice and water depends on how thick you want it.
For fun top with sprinkles.
