Using 5 whole eggs and 7 or 8 egg yolks, whip until very light. Add salt and baking powder.

Add flour a little bit at a time and mix with fork - then with hands - until it is no longer sticky.
Flour the cloth and room the dough on the cloth using a rolling pin as thin as possible.

Let the dough sit for a minimum of 1 hour. Roll the dough and repeatedly slice the end as thin as possible. Seperate the dough (noodles) - adding flour if necessary.

To make Beef and Noodles, put a large roast in the oven and let it slow cook all day long. (The top of the roast should be just covered with water). Remove the roast from the pan when finished, bring the broth from the roast to a boil and cook noodles for 15-20 minutes.
