Clean chicken inside and out, and trim excess fat along with wing tips off. Season inside of chicken with 2 tablespoons of lemon pepper seasoning and 1/2 tablespoon of poultry seasoning. Place chicken in a 5 quart crockpot, and season the outside with remaining lemon pepper and poultry seasoning. Pour chicken broth into the bottom of the crockpot, cover, and cook on the lowest heat setting for 6-8 hours, or until chicken is falling apart.
