Mix the Tropical Key Lime with softened cream cheese. Stir in 1 c of the coconut. Chill. Toast hte remaining coconut on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for approximately 5 minutes, or until golden. Roll cheese ball in the toasted coconut. Serve with graham sticks or fresh fruit slices. Makes approximately 1 1/2 c cheese ball.
