     Jessie's Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 cups brocolli
1 cup red bell peppers sliced
1 cup orange bell peppers sliced
2 bunches scallions
1 cup shredded carrots
8 oz baby corn
2 tbsp spicy pepper oil (toasted sesame oil subs.)
4-8 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup slivered almonds
 
1 tbsp red pepper
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 cup snow/snap peas

Instructions
Pour oil onto skillet
When oil is sizzling, put all vegetables, almonds, red pepper and sesame seeds into skillet, sautee until vegetables lose crispness
Pour soy sauce onto skillet, disperse evenly
Enjoy!
Serving Suggestions
Can be served over brown/white rice or sesame noodles.
