Garlic and salt seasoned flour 1/4 to 1/2 cup - coating for lamb
Curry 2 to 3 Tablespoons
Garlic Powder 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Olive Oil a few Tablespoons
Instructions
Season flour by adding some garlic powder and
salt to 1/4 - 1/2 cup flour
Cut Lamb into chunks and coat in seasoned flour,
include bones, brown in skillet.
Cut onions into wedges, cut celery into 1 and 1/4
inch long thick julienne pieces.
When lamb is nicely browned add a tablespoon or two
of flour and continue browning. Add 1 cup of water
and cook until gravy thickens. Add more water as
needed to cover.
Add spices, add onions and celery cover and cook on
low simmer for an hour or an hour and a half until
lamb is tender.
