     Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients
1 2/3 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 cups or 1 can or pumpkin (15 oz)
 
Instructions
Mix sugar, eggs, and oil. Then add dry ingredients. Next add the pumpkin.
Bake in a greased pan at 250 degrees for 60 minutes. Cool.
For the frosting add: 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese 1 stick butter 3 cups powdered sugar
