     Apple Pie Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1 apple cored (skin on) and sliced
1/8 cup of slivered almonds
1 banana
1/2 cup greek plain yogurt
1 TBLS of sugar free fat free vanilla pudding mix
1 scoop of protein
1/2 cup of cold water
5-9 ice cubes
 

Instructions
Mix in a blender pulsing first till ice is broke up. Top with a fat free whipped cream for a yummy apple pie experience.
