Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the sugar and eggs, then stir.

Add flour, salt, vanilla, and baking powder and stir again. Pour into a buttered 13 X 9 inch pan. Bake for 22-28 minutes at 350 degrees.

Let the brownies cool. Frost the brownies with mint flavored buttercream frosting.

For the drizzle (tinted green):
Melt the chocolate and butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Let it cool slightly, then drizzle over brownies. Store the brownies in the refrigerator.
