Combine Southwest Seasoning Blend, onion flakes, refried beans and cheese; stir to blend. Spread in pie plate or 8x8. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 20-25 minutes, or until melted. Serve with blue corn or tortilla chips.
