In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugars until fluffy.
Add water, vanilla and salt, beat until combined. Add flour 1 tbsp
at a time and mix to combine. Stir in chocolate chips.You’ll want
about 1 ½ tbsp of cookie dough for each egg roll.
Place egg rolls in the freezer for at least 3 hours. You want them
totally frozen before frying.
Heat three inches of vegetable oil to 350 F. Carefully drop frozen
egg rolls into the oil, frying about 3 at a time. Cook for 2 minutes
then remove to a paper towel-lined plate. Serve with ice cream!
