     Homemade Granola

Ingredients
3 cups old fashion rolled oats
1/4 c. Flax seeds
Silvered almonds ( to taste)
Chopped walnuts (to taste)
1/2 c. Canola oil
1/2 c. Honey
 

Instructions
Mix first 4 ingredient. In a large bowl. Pour over the oat mixture the oil and honey and stir good. Pour on a greased cookie sheet and cook 350 for 17 - 20 min. Stirring every now and then. As soon as you take it out of the oven pour out on wax paper and sort of break apart. Let cool.
Serving Suggestions
Be sure to watch closely or the edges will burn. This is good on yogurt and cereal
