1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
|

1 (16 oz) package marshmallows
|

1 tsp. vanilla
|
|
3 packages microwaveable popcorn, popped
|

Instructions |

|
In a large nonstick pan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and melt them, stirring constantly. Remove pan from heat and let cool 5 minutes.

Pour marshmallow mixture over popped corn. Stir to combine, using a large, buttered mat fork. Let cool five minutes.
|
|
|
Butter hands and shape mixture into balls, about 4 inches in diameter.
|
|
|
Let balls set up, about 20 minutes. They can then be wrapped in wax paper or in resealable plastic bags.
