Category   Appetizers
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
Fresh green beans (a few large handfuls), washed and ends trimmed
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 cup panko
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. paprika
Oil for frying
For the Wasabi Ranch-
1 cup prepared Ranch dressing
1/2 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 Tbs. milk
4 Tsp. prepared horseradish
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions
For the Green Beans Preheat a large skillet with 1/2 an inch of oil in the bottom over medium heat, until it reaches 350 degrees. Mix the egg and milk in a shallow bowl and set aside. Pour panko in another shallow bowl. In a third bowl, combine flour and all spices and mix well. Dip green beans in the flour mixture and shake off excess flour. Dip floured green beans in the egg/milk mixture. Finally, coat each green bean in panko crumbs. Place prepared green beans into the skillet and fry until golden brown before flipping and frying on the other side. Remove fried green beans to a paper towel-lined plate and allow to drain slightly. Serve hot with Wasabi Ranch.
For the Wasabi Ranch Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Place in a bowl and chill until ready to serve.
