     Chicken noodle soup

Ingredients
1 whole chicken
2 onions - quartered
2 stalks celery - quartered
1/2 tsp. basil
1 bay leaf
1 pkg. wide egg noodles
1 c. Sour cream
 

Instructions
Boil chicken, onion, celery, basil and bay leaf until chicken is done. Take chicken out and take off the bone. Remove the onion, celery, and bay leaf from chicken broth. Cook noodles in broth, then add chicken back in when noodles are done. Cool down and add salt and pepper to taste. Add sour cream
Serving Suggestions
Real good soup and can be frozen.
