Ingredients
2 Tablespoon butter
3/4 cups onions3-4 cloves garlic
2 lbs lean ground beef
2 eggs, slightly b eaten
1-2 teaspoons seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon marajoram or oregano
1/2 teaspoon of thyme
 
3-4 tablespoons of fresh parsley
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup chili sauce
1-2 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup whole milk
3 slices wheat bread, toasted, crumbled
GLAZE
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup chili sauce & chargrill bbq

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until almost tender. Add garlic and cook for 1 minutes. Pour onions, garlic and butter into a large bowl. Let cool. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl, (except for the glaze ingredients) Use your hands to mix together. Fry up a small portion of the meat as a “test patty” to make sure the seasonings are good. Place the meat mixture into a loaf pan. Mix together glaze ingredients. Spread half of the glaze mixture on the meatloaf. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and spread on the rest of the glaze. Bake for another 30 minutes or until the meatloaf is ready. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
