4 c canned corn, or 5 ears fresh corn boiled and cut from the cob

1 medium purple onion, diced

3 T cider vinegar

3 T oil

Instructions |

|
Put cold corn into mixing bowl. Add diced onion to taste. Add vinegar and oil and mix well. Add seasoning blend of your choice, to taste. Serve.
