Preheat oven to 375 Degrees
Combine tomatoes, puree, carrots, onions, celery,
garlic, parsley, seasoning and lemon rind.
Simmer for 1 1/2 hours
Puree in blender then add olive oil and butter
Cook lasagna noodles
Line 2 well greased 9x13 baking dishes with 2
alternating layers each of noodles, mozzarella,
sausage, egg, Parmesan, ricotta and tomato sauce.
Dot each with butter and bake for 30 min
