     Ranchero Egg Bake

Ingredients
1 lb ground pork sausage
4 oz diced green chilies
1/2 c water
1 pk taco seasoning
12 count yellow corn taco shells, divided
1 c milk
15 oz black beans, rinse and drain
10 eggs
8 oz shredded cheddar
 
1 c salsa
Instructions
oven to 350 degrees. Brown sausage, add chilies, water adn seasoning. Crush 10 taco shells coarsely, spread in 9x13. Sprinkle with beans then meat. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs, salsa and milk; pour over top. Crush 2 shells and top. Bake 45 minutes.
