Oven to 350 degrees. Fry beef and onion, drain. Stir in salsa, seasoning and water. Cook on low 5-6 minutes or util thickened. Stir in corn and olives, spoon into 8x8. Combine muffin mix, egg and milk. Stir in cheese and chiles. Spread over meat mixture. Bake 30-35 minu or until topping is golden brown.
