     BLT Dip and Beer Bread

Ingredients
Hearty Beer Bread
12 oz beer
3 T butter, optional
16 oz sour cream
1 pkg ready to serve bacon, cook as directed
1/2 c shredded cheddar
2 c chopped tomatoes
1 c shredded lettuce
2 T onion flakes
 

Instructions
Prepare bread as directed. Cool and slices. Combine sour cream and onion flakes and spread in bottom of pie plate. Chill 2 hours. Sprinkle bacon pieces on top. Layer cheese, all but 2 T tomatoes, and lettuce. Sprinkle with reserved tomatoes. Serve with prepared beer bread.
