Oven to 450 degrees. Combine bisquick, milk, salsa, cheese and parsley. When it forms a soft dough drop by heaping tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes. Melt butter and garlic powder. Brush on top of biscuits and return to oven for 1-2 minutes. Serve warm.
