     Mojito Cheeseball

Ingredients
1 Tropical Key Lime packet
8 oz softened cream cheese
2 t rum exract or light rum
finely chopped fresh mint leaves
graham crackers or sticks
 
Instructions
Mix packet, cream cheese and rum. Make into a ball and refrigerate 2 hours. Take out and roll in mint. Serve with graham sticks.
