Slice tortillas into thin strips. Heat oil in a skillet and fry until browned and crispy. Add 2 chopped green onions, saute 30 seconds. Pour eggs over tortillas and stir until cooked. Pour salsa over eggs, sprinkle with cheese and cover to melt. Sprinkle with remaining green onions and serve immediately.
