Prepare the elbow macaroni according to package
directions. Preheat your oven to 350. Melt the
butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add
the half and half and heat, but do not allow the
mixture to boil. Pour the sauce into a 10 x 13
casserole dish. Add the cooked macaroni, swiss
cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix
gently until everything is well combined. Bake for
30 minutes until heated.
