1 cup whole wheat flour
1 egg white
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
cinnamon
chocolate chips
oatmeal
 
Instructions
Chill dough for at least 30 minutes Preheat oven to 350' Bake until golden Under bake a little for chewy cookies!
