     Rhubarb Bread

Ingredients
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c oil
1 egg
1 c sour milk (buttermilk)
1 1/2 c rhubarb
2 1/2 c flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
 
1 teaspoon vanilla
topping ingredients-
1/2 c brown sugar
1 teaspoon butter

Instructions
Mix all but the topping ingredients together and pour into 2 small and 1 large bread pan. combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of the bread. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
