Mix together ricotta,1/4 C Parmesan cheese,bread
crumbs,garlic clove,parsley flakes. Set aside.
Spread 1 C of spaghetti sauce into 10x6 baking
dish. Fill each shell with above cheese mixture
and place on top of sauce. Spoon remaining
spaghetti sauce over shells. Sprinkle with
remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Cover dish with tinfoil. Bake in a 350 degree oven
for 30 to 35 minutes.
