     My Favorite Pumpkin Pie

Servings   9 inch pie

Ingredients
1/2 (15 ounce) pkg. refrigerated piecrust
1 3/4 cups canned pumpkin
1 3/4 cups sweeted condensed milk
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
 
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Instructions
Fit piecrust into a 9-inch pieplate according to package directions. Fold edges under and crimp.
Combine pumpkin and remaining ingredients; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer 2 minutes. Pour into piecrust.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees; bake 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
Serving Suggestions
Serve topped with whipped cream.
