Heat over 350F. Coat a loaf pan with cooking
spray. In medium bowl, whisk together the flour,
baking powder & salt. In large bowl, whisk
together eggs, yogurt, sugar, oil, vanilla, lemon
zest, and poppy seeds. Gradually add the flour
mixture into the eggs mixture, stirring until just
incorporated. Transfer the batter to the loaf pan,
bake until golden brown. 55-65 minutes. Let cool
in the pan 5 minutes before transferring to a wire
rack to cool completely. While cooling, spoon
powdered sugar/lemon juice glaze over top.
