Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup cool water
1/2 cup cold mashed potatoes
1 tablespoon melted shortening
 
Instructions
Cool water makes the soft dough however I think the addition of potatoes would help as well. Fantastic dough recipe for perogies - use mixer!
