Melt caramels over hot water & remove from heat.
Add oleo & vanilla Drop by teaspoon in center of
nut cluster & let cool over night on waxed paper.
Melt chocolate & shortening. Dip each pecan cluster
in chocolate. Allow to sit overnight.
