Instructions |
|
|
Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat, whisk in
flour slowly to make a smooth mixture (roux). Heat until
bubbling, stirring continuously.

Whisk in broth slowly, heat until bubbling, reduce heat to
medium-low.

|
|
Stir in salt, pepper, and mushrooms, cook on medium-low
until mushrooms are soft on the outside, stirring
continuously.

Serve hot on burgers, grilled chicken, or whatever else you want. Even good by itself.
