Ingredients
2 eggs
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
pinch salt
1 cup milk
1 cup sifted flour
 

Instructions
Add ingredients in order listed to large bowl. Beat only to mix flour.minimal lumps should be seen.
Heat oil in electric skillet, about 2-3 inches deep. to 375 degrees.
Using rosette irons dip into mixture and dip directly into oil. Cook just a minute or two till done.
Remove to paper towel and let cool. Can garnish with powdered sugar, colored sugar or whatever you choose. These should be crispy. Store in cool place.
