Ingredients
1/2 lb soft liverwurst
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
Mayonnaise
1/2 lb cream cheese
2 tbsp milk or cream
chopped dill or chives
 

Instructions
In a blender mix liver til smooth. Add cream cheeseand mash. Add onoin then mayonnaise. Spoon in dill saving some for top. Add a touch of dry sherry. Pepper to taste. Line a bowl with plastic wrap. Put pate in bowl and chill. Turn pate upside down and sprinkle the rest of the dill on top.
