Preptime   2 hours

Ingredients
2 pks lumpia wrappers
2 lbs ground pork
1/2 lb carrots chopped
1/2 lb celery chopped
1/2 lb green beans chopped
1/2 lb onions chopped
1/2 lb cabbage chopped
1 cup soy sauce
1 tbs black pepper

1 tbs garlic powder
2 cups canola oil for frying
1 cup vinegar for sauce
3 crushed cloves
black pepper to taste

Instructions
In a medium stew pot brown ground pork, season with black pepper and garlic. drain excess fat and put to the side. In another pot pour about 2 tbs of oil and heat on medium high then add all the vegetables and saute for about 5 mins. add ground pork and soy sauce mix well and cover. let simmer for 20 mins. drain vegetable and meat filling leaving one cup of sauce to the side.
seperate lumpia wrappers, using only 20 at a time so wrappers will not dry out. leaving remaining in fridge until next round. take one wrapper lay in front of you in a diamond shape scoop about 2 tsp of filling in and roll making sure to tuck sides in and using remaining sauce to seal lumpia roll. place each roll on a tray in freezer so lumpia will not fall apart from moisture or if prefer you can roll and fry at the same time until done, making sure to drain fried lumpia on paper towel.
mix vinegar, crushed garlic and black pepper in a bowl. and use as dip.
