     WW spicy crusted salmon over spinach

Ingredients
1 Tbls. Chili powder
1 Tbls. Ground cumin
1 Tbls paprika
1 tsp ground oregano
1tsp sugar
1 1/2 lbs Atlantic salmon, cut into 6 oz pieces
1tsp olive oil
1 bunch spinach steamed
 
Instructions
Coat grill with cooking spray, preheated grill
Combine chili powder cumin, paprika,oregano, and sugar. Rub salmon with spices and the drizzle with olive oil. Grill over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes per side and serve over spinach.
