In large bowl not metal or plastic ( use crock pot ). Combine
water, sugar,and kosher salt. Stir to dissolve. Add shrimp to
brine and dump in 2 c ice. Place in fridge for 25 minutes.
Remove shrimp from brine and discard brine. Rinse shrimp
and pat dry. Toss shrimp with little olive oil and old bay
seasoning. Boil shrimp for 3 to 4 minutes. Use shrimp in
salads, cocktails, etc....
