Saute 3 tbsp olive oil onion, garlic, bread crumbs parsely for about 8 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Clean inside of artichoke removing sharp leaves. Stuff artichokes with sauted mixture. Cook artichoke in a pot with 1 inch water, lemon slices, 1 tbsp olive oil and salt for about 45 to 50 minutes.
