|
peel the mango and cut the mango away from the central stone. chop the mango and put in a blender
|

cover the peach and apricots with boiling water and leave for 30 sec. drain and cool under cold running water slip of the skins and chop and add it into the blender
|

|
pour enough ginger ale just to cover the fruit blend till smooth pour in the remainder of the ginger ale and blend again
|
|
|
quickley pour into tall glass peferable over crushed ice decorate with mint or lemon balm leaves if you like serve imidiatly with wide straws
