|
Take the ground beef, all the seasonings and the egg
and combined it. Set aside the Mozzarella Cheese.
Form into decent size balls and place on a greased
pan.

Use your thumb to form a pocket in all the meatballs
and place the cheese into the meatballs. Use your
hands to seal them back up to form meatballs.

|
In a separate container pour olive oil in a little
bowl and use a genourous portion of the ground Italian seasoning in the
olive oil and brush it over
the sealed meatballs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 5
minutes...DO NOT OVER BAKE OR CHEESE WILL LEAK OUT.

Once out of oven put meatballs in a crock pot in
your favorite sauce on low for 4 hours..serve with
your favorite pasta or make yummy meatball subs!
