     Chrissy's Mozzarella stuffed meatballs

Ingredients
2 lbs of lean ground beef
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
McCormick fresh ground Italian seasoning
Ritz Crackers crushed
1 egg
Parmesan Cheese
Garlic Powder
a pinch of salt
Olive oil
 
Any jar of pasta sauce

Instructions
Take the ground beef, all the seasonings and the egg and combined it. Set aside the Mozzarella Cheese. Form into decent size balls and place on a greased pan.
Use your thumb to form a pocket in all the meatballs and place the cheese into the meatballs. Use your hands to seal them back up to form meatballs.
In a separate container pour olive oil in a little bowl and use a genourous portion of the ground Italian seasoning in the olive oil and brush it over the sealed meatballs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes...DO NOT OVER BAKE OR CHEESE WILL LEAK OUT.
Once out of oven put meatballs in a crock pot in your favorite sauce on low for 4 hours..serve with your favorite pasta or make yummy meatball subs! Enjoy...sorry if i missed anything i kinda through this together the other night and it came out really good other wise i wouldn't of even attempted to share this.
