The idea behind my subs are awesome. There's no such thing as an
original sub sandwich recipe. So there's certain ways to make them
and this is my favorite way to do it. There can be many more
ingredients then listed above but this recipe is for MY ideal sub.
Feel free to add or take away anything you want!

Just like all of my other recipes, i like to have all my ingredients out
ready to go. Food preparation makes for a successful meal. Once
you have all of your food out you want to start with preheating two
pans- One of them for the bread and the other for the meats and
what not. I put butter on the bread and let it soak in for a minute
and after that i put it on the pan at a low temp. so that it becomes
golden brown. Immediately following the bread you take all of your
sub meats, veggies, etc. and fry them in the other pan. At this
moment if you want to add a sauce like teriyaki or something do it
now and let it all mix together.

Chop up all the meat into bite sized pieces and put it in a line. This
is when you put your cheese on top of the meat, yes while it's still
in the pan. Doing this will cause the cheese to melt a little faster.
Use a spatula to put the cooked meat and cheese on the bread and
add whatever you want.

There's no solid recipe to making this sub. It's all about the
technique. Instead of having the cold cut sandwich, i like to fry my
ingredients and play around a little with other foods. Enjoy!
