Beat 1 dozen eggs plus 1 dozen egg yolks
Add and Beat 2 cups Bourbon
Beat in 5-6 1/2 cups sugar until egg yolks turn very light
Beat in 4 tablespoons vanilla and 3 teaspoons Nutmeg

|
Add 2 gallons milk and mix
Add 3 cartons of Half and Half and mix
Beat to soft peaks the mixture of 1 dozen egg whites, dash salt, dash sugar
Fold the above into the milk mixture

|
|
Beat 3 cartons Whipping cream
Fold into milk mixture
|
