     Ruth's Egg Nog

Ingredients
1 dozen eggs
1 dozen egg yolks
2 cups Bourbon
5-6 1/2 cups sugar
4 tablespoons vanilla
3 teaspoons nutmeg
2 gallons milk
3 cartons Half and Half
1 dozen egg white
 
Dash salt
Dash sugar
3 cartons whippimg cream

Instructions
Beat 1 dozen eggs plus 1 dozen egg yolks Add and Beat 2 cups Bourbon Beat in 5-6 1/2 cups sugar until egg yolks turn very light Beat in 4 tablespoons vanilla and 3 teaspoons Nutmeg
Add 2 gallons milk and mix Add 3 cartons of Half and Half and mix Beat to soft peaks the mixture of 1 dozen egg whites, dash salt, dash sugar Fold the above into the milk mixture
Beat 3 cartons Whipping cream Fold into milk mixture
