2 c diced cooked ham
|
|
3/4 wild rice, uncooked
|
|
1/2 cup chopped onion or to taste
|

1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (12 - 16 oz)
|

1 3/4 c chicken broth
|
|
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of celery soup
|
|
1/4 tsp pepper or to taste
|
|
3 c water
|
|
1/2 c half-and-half
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Mix all ingredients except half-and-half in crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
|
|
|
Stir in half-and-half. Cook on high for 10-15 minutes or until hot. Serve.
