2 small boxes instant pudding ( vanilla,cheesecake,or white chocalate)
2 c milk
16 oz cool whip
1 box graham crackers
Topping-
1 c sugar
1/3 c cocoa
1/4 c evaporated milk
1 stick margarine
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Combine pudding mix and milk by pkg. directions. Fold in cool
whip. Place one layer graham crackers in pan. Pour 1/2
pudding, another graham layer, another pudding another
graham. Add topping and chill.
Topping directions. Bring evaporated milk, sugar, and cocoa,
to a boil.cook 1 minute., add margarine and vanilla. Let cool
and spread on cake.

Suggestions
Have used chocolate icing from store and just microwave until soft and pour over graham crackers instead of topping recipe.
