     Cinnamon Streusel Cake

Ingredients
CAKE
Yellow cake mix
3 oz pkg vanilla instant pudding
2 tbsp oil
1 1/3 cup water
2 eggs
STREUSEL
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
 
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp meled butter
GLAZE
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk
3/4 cup pecan halves

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. CAKE: Mix together cake mix, pudding, oil, water, and eggs. Beat 2 minutes.
STREUSEL: Melt butter. Mix together flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Add to the butter and mix.
Spread 3/4 batter in a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Sprinkle 2/3 cup of the streusel over the batter. Spread rest of cake batter over streusel. Top with remaining 1/3 cup streusel. Place pecan halves over top of cake.
Bake 40 minutes or till done. GLAZE: Mix powdered sugar with milk until smooth. Drizzle glaze over the finished cake.
