In large zip bag marinate pork chunks in salsa, lime juice and garlic for 3 hours.
|

|
In skillet over medium-high heat cook pork in marinade for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
|
|
|
Add black beans and cook an additional 5 minutes.
|
|
|
Put pork on tortillas, top with cheese and sour cream.
