     Black Bean Salsa and Pork

Ingredients
2 Pounds Pork Loin - cut into bite sized chunks
1 Cup Salsa
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
4 Garlic Cloves Minced
2 Cups Black Beans - drained
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
6 Fajita Sized Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas
1 Cup Sour Cream
 

Instructions
In large zip bag marinate pork chunks in salsa, lime juice and garlic for 3 hours.
In skillet over medium-high heat cook pork in marinade for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add black beans and cook an additional 5 minutes.
Put pork on tortillas, top with cheese and sour cream.
