     Café Whitehorn Vinegrette

Ingredients
1 teaspoon sea salt
a couple of pinches of black pepper OR
1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns (crushed)
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon baslimic vinegar
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar (or sherry vinegar)
10 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons basil
 
1 teaspoon cilantro

Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients together well and then add minced garlic.
Add vinegars and combine the spice/garlic mixture.
Whisp in the olive oil until the vinegrette is evenly mixed. Can serve immediately or after chilling.
(The oil and vinegar will seperate again during storage.)
Serving Suggestions
Serve over salads, pastas, etc.
